Policies
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
Should you need to reschedule your appointment we will do our best to accommodate your request. If, however, we are unable to find an alternative time slot within the same calendar week, and the request is placed less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged for the appointment. ITS maintains a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Referral Policy:
ITS appreciates your patronage and if you enjoy your training experience and refer another client to us that completes our Getting Started Package a complimentary session will be extended to you.
Those clients who have a permanently assigned time slot and miss 3 or more consecutive weeks of appointments without medical leave risk losing that preferred time slot.
All policies were designed to be fair to both coach and client. Your cooperation and adherence to these policies is essential for the smooth operation of business and in consideration of the needs of all our clients.
