Ready for Anything is comprehensive Fitness/Nutrition & Lifestyle/Weight Loss training program. This program promotes good health and well-being through the integration of right diet, exercise and lifestyle habits. This Program Includes:

  • Functional Movement Screen assessments to identify physical imbalances, asymmetries, strengths and weaknesses.
  • Muscle preparation techniques
  • Stretches designed to improve flexibility, correct postural imbalances, and lengthen short and tight muscles that restrict optimal movement mechanics.
  • Mobilize joints needed for smooth, safe movement. (ankles, hips, thoracic spine).
  • Series of active stretches designed to warm-up the body and active the nervous system in preparation for the demands of the exercises to come.
  • Muscle activation exercises designed to warm-up key stabilizers of the shoulders, hips and torso.
  • Elasticity exercises designed to teach the body to generate power.
  • Functional exercises designed to strengthen and coordinate movement patterns specific to life and sport.
  • Core stability exercises designed to protect the spine and create a more stable platform for the addition of higher loads.
  • Cardiovascular conditioning program to improve your endurance.
  • Recovery planning that includes: Self – Myofascial Release techniques and Nutritional coaching.

**This Program can be implemented one to one or in a semi-private, small group format. In a small group setting, the goal is to improve General Athletic Conditioning and that program will be generic in nature and progress accordingly. It will include an exercise journal as well as nutritional guidelines to help you make the most of your investment.
